Our opening hours are;
April-December
Friday-Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays
11am - 5pm,dusk in winter months.
To visit out of season please telephone in advance to arrange a suitable time.
Entry fee - £3.50 adults; £1.50 children; £2.50 concessions, Family ticket £7.
Group visits
Parties are welcome at any time of the day or evening, by prior arrangement. For
parties we can provide lunches and afternoon teas to suit your requirements.
Evening visits with a buffet can be arranged in the summer months. Pre-booked
tours of the village of Much Hadham are also available which includes entrance

Education service
The museum provides an education service, run by Cristina Harrison the museum
curator, for visiting schools and other groups. We can provide talks,
demonstrations, handling sessions and a loan service by prior arrangement.
Events
Over the summer months the museum hosts a programme of events including craft
demonstrations, musical recitals, plays and special events for children. For

We depend upon voluntary efforts and financial contributions. Please come to see
us! If you have any local memorabilia, photographs or artefacts that you would
be willing to loan to the museum, please let us know. If you have a special
interest, or if you would just like to help with the day to day running of the
museum – please come forward!!
