Cromer Windmill, the last surviving windmill in Hertfordshire, is open to visitors with guides in attendance, from National Mills Weekend (the second weekend in May) until Heritage Weekend, which is the second weekend in September.

Opening times are 2.30pm – 5pm every Sunday; second and fourth Saturdays in each month and Bank Holidays. Group visits, including schools, are welcome at other times by arrangement with Simon Bennett or Robin Webb.

A small entrance charge is made and books, videos and small souvenirs are available to purchase, together with cold drinks and snacks.

Car parking is adjacent, but note that there are no toilets on site.
